A joint microseismic service offering brings together the strengths of Calmena as an experienced well services provider of fiber-optic and wire-line down-hole data acquisition, with the industry-leading surface-data-acquisition and microseismic imaging / interpretation capabilities of Spectraseis, to deliver a complete solution for hydraulic fracture mapping challenges. Full elastic migration of microseismic data is utilized with patented Time-Reverse-Imaging (TRI) methodology, to provide improved reliability of fracture characterization (orientation / direction and connectivity), eliminating assumptions and simplifications of ray-based techniques.
